We follow a flat-rate, industry-standard pricing model—so you’ll always know what to expect with no surprise charges.
We charge a $195 diagnostic fee, which is credited toward the total cost of the repair if you decide to move forward. One of our technicians will visit your home, diagnose the issue with your appliance, and explain the cause of the failure. You’ll receive a clear price for the repair along with our honest recommendation—whether it’s worth repairing or better to replace.
If the appliance is repairable, we’ll complete the necessary work and ensure everything is functioning properly. If replacement is the better route, we can refer you to trusted local dealers with competitive pricing.
Our No-Hassle Guarantee
We stand behind our work. All labor is guaranteed for 90 days, and any parts we install are covered for 1 year.
If your appliance fails again within the 90-day period, we’ll return and diagnose it free of charge. If it’s related to the original issue or something that wasn’t identified during the first visit, you’ll only pay for the parts needed.
